First,you must have a computer that should be download a design soft and you have a creative inspiration in your brain.After finish the artwork,you can print it with a sublimation paper.However,how to use the sublimation paper?
Before you print the artwork using the sublimation paper,you must set the printing mode (mirrored),it is important.Also,choose Matte paper,Standard quality.You’d better use Sublimation ink and sublimation transfer paper.
After it printed,let it dry for a few minutes and don’t print continuously:If you buy our Fast Dry Sublimation Paper?it needs 5-8 minutes;if you buy our our Instant Dry Sublimation Paper,it will dry within one minute.
Simultaneously,you should set the heat press machine.And you can transfer the artwork onto the T-shirt.
- Preheat press to 200℃.
- Press garment for 3-5 seconds,then release moisture and remove wrinkles.
- Place your printed image face down.
- Use heat transfer tape to secure the paper on to the blank.
- Place Teflon paper sheet on top of the sublimation paper and press for 25-30 seconds.
- When the time is finished,open the press and quickly peel the sublimation paper
