Metallic heat transfer vinyl is a type of vinyl material that is designed to be applied onto fabrics using a heat press or iron. It is made of a thin, flexible material that has a metallic finish, which gives it a shiny and reflective appearance.
When the metallic heat transfer vinyl is heated, it adheres to the fabric, creating a permanent bond. This type of vinyl is often used to create designs or text on clothing, bags, and other fabric items. It is particularly popular for creating designs on sports jerseys, dance costumes, and other performance wear.

 Create or select a design
You can either create a design using a graphic design software or use pre-made designs available online. Make sure to mirror the design before printing it on the vinyl sheet.
 Cut the vinyl
Cut the vinyl to the desired size and shape using a vinyl cutter machine. Make sure to adjust the blade depth according to the thickness of the vinyl sheet.
 Weed the design
Weed the excess vinyl from the design using a weeding tool, leaving only the design you want to transfer.
 Transfer
Prepare the fabric: Preheat the fabric using a heat press machine to remove any wrinkles or moisture.
Position the design: Position the weeded design on the fabric and make sure it is centered and straight.
Apply heat: Heat the design using a heat press machine according to the temperature and time: 145°C-160°C with 10-15 seconds.
 Peel the carrier
Once the vinyl has cooled down, peel off the carrier carefully, leaving only the metallic design on the fabric.
